helping brides create beautiful weddings without breaking the bank

This post is sponsored by CVS. All opinions are our own!

My shopping motto is: why spend more than you have to? And that motto carries through shopping for just about anything: from clothing, to toilet paper, to skincare products. We all know that there's alot of talk out there about beauty products and how for many high-end brands, what you're really paying for is a brand name and their marketing budget. I've tried high-priced beauty products was well as low-priced ones, and the good news is that you can get effective and quality products for great prices. Especially if you're shopping savvy at CVS!

CVS asked me to shop their beauty aisles to share my favorite budget savvy skincare finds for brides and I jumped at the chance! In case you missed it, check out my other post on CVS Drugstore Beauty finds for my favorite budget-friendy makeup picks!

Makeup Removal

One of the best ways to care for your skin is to make sure you remove all your makeup before you go to bed at night. CVS has some of my favorite budget-friendly and convenient makeup-removing products!

Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes – $8.49

These are a lazy gal's BFF. Removing your makeup is super easy with these fresh-scented wipes, and they are SO convenient that they give you no excuse not to take this simple skin-loving step! I especially love that this variety is eco-friendly!

Almay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover – $5.99

Eye makeup can be a bit stubborn, so I love this oil-free eye makeup remover from Almay. Just use a simple cotton pad or ball to remove your eye shadow, liner, and mascara gently and effectively.

Cleansers

After you remove your makeup, your next step should be to cleanse your skin. These two products are some of my favorites for gentle cleansing:

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser – $13.29

I love this face wash. It's gentle but effective. I use it with my FOREO face scrubber morning and night and it keeps my skin feeling fresh and clean!

Dickinson's Witch Hazel – $5.99

A cleanser, toner, and all-around face refresher in one. Witch Hazel is awesome for the skin, so I always make sure to keep this on hand.

Moisturizers

After you cleanse, it's time to moisturize! Even if you have oily skin, moisturizing is a must to keep your skin healthy.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel – $19.99

I love using this water-based moisturizer in the morning, and it keeps my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized all day!

CeraVe Facial Lotion – $11.99

Another great moisturizing product. I first used this back during my Accutane days and it really helped with dryness and made my skin feel awesome! Plus, the handy pump bottle is a life-saver.

Anti-Aging

We're all aging, why not do what we can to help ourselves age gracefully? These are two of my favorite products:

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream Eye – $19.99

This eye cream helps to keep your eye area looking smooth and hydrated all day. The unique water gel-cream formula absorbs quickly, like a gel, but has the long-lasting, intense moisturizing power of a cream. It's a must for keeping wrinkles at bay!

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer – $23.99

I love that this product contains Retinol, which really helps your skin bounce back and helps fight the signs of aging. I love using this product at night before bed to restore my skin.

Facial Treatments:

If you're looking for something to take extra care to clean and strip your skin of impurities, you'll love these:

Biore Pore Strips – $7.99

Yep, I'm still obsessed with these. Who else loves looking at all the gunk it pulls out of your face after using it? Oh, just me? LOL I'm currently digging the Charcoal variety.

Biore Self Heating One Minute Mask – $7.99

Another great Biore product with charcoal. LOVE THIS. The best part is how simple and quick it is! I love doing this once a week for a quick pick-me-up!

Other Favorites:

Aquaphor – $6.29

I've been using Aquaphor on my lips since back in my Accutane days, and nothing keeps them more moisturized and protected than this product!! It's in my bag at all times!

Promise Organic Nourishing Coconut Products

They have a variety of products available at CVS and they are all coconut scented!! I'm obsessed with Coconut Everything, so I love this brand!
