It took a lot of planning and a LOT of hours of sitting on the floor … I think one of the most important things about doing these is to also mention to place before you glue. I used pins to pin the flowers and pinned the broaches into place before I ever started gluing them down to make sure I was happy with the arrangement (since no two of my handmade flowers were alike!). And after, you can see my bouquet has some flowers “sticking up” which I remedied by tucking and pinning and snipping a bit more (my final/finished bouquet isn’t posted). I’m overjoyed with how they turned out and had I to do it all over again, I would definitely choose to go this route! To me, it’s a part of our wedding that I made these for each girl!
