Who doesn't love a simple DIY project? You may remember back when I teamed up with my blogger bestie Jen from Something Turquoise to create some adorable Hershey Kiss Stickers for your wedding, shower, and bachelorette party… and if you don't, you be sure to check out that post!
I recently received a reader request for another set of these darling stickers, but with a Valentine's Day theme. Well here at BSB, our motto is, “ask and you shall receive!” Today I'm sharing the files for these totally cute Valentine's Kiss Stickers that you can make using the Cricut Explore Air! Just check out how darling they are:
Sometimes, I get asked questions about the Cricut… it's such an awesome machine that can do sooooo many projects. If you're feeling at all intimidated by tackling a project with the Cricut Explore Air, don't be! I promise you, once you make a project you'll see just how easy it is. There are tons of free projects available in Cricut's Design Library for you to choose from without having to design a thing. But the really cool part is designing custom projects yourself, just like these Kiss Stickers!
Will it be easy for me to learn the Cricut Design Space software to create my own custom projects?
Honestly, once you get the hang of it, it's so simple! I whipped up these free designs for you in under an hour, but now the files live in Design Space forever, so you can easily access and create these stickers yourself! Wanna know how I did it?
First I created circles that are .73 x .73 in size. I placed text over top of them and flattened the image to create printed text designs. For the ones with the cut outs, I placed the included heart shape on top of the circles and used the “slice” function to cut the heart into the circle shape. Then, I just arranged the stickers in rows and voila! Adorable Valentine's Stickers.
You can even change up the colors of the stickers prior to printing so you can customize them to your chosen colors. Too cute! I printed these stickers onto Printable Vinyl from Cricut.
Then, once the stickers were printed, I placed them inside the Cricut Explore Air and clicked “Go!” And it was off to the races.
The Cricut Explore Air cut my stickers with ease and once it was finished, I just peeled and stuck the stickers to the bottoms of my Hershey Kisses. Voila! Totally simple and adorable V-Day Project to treat your sweetie. You can choose whichever flavor or color of Kiss wrappers you want to further customize the look of this project! You can get different color Hershey Kisses in a variety of hues on Amazon!
