DIY Reserved Signs | The Budget Savvy Bride
The Budget Savvy Bride

So I have to apologize for my absence… Things are crazy for me right now. As you can imagine, with the wedding being 1 MONTH from TOMORROW. Yup… I can’t believe it. I’ve got my (should be) final dress fitting tomorrow and we’ve got a shower this weekend that some of our best friends are throwing for us. Then over the next week all of my bridesmaids are going in for their final fits- so exciting! Anyway, here’s a little project I did at home this weekend- I whipped up some DIY reserved signs for the chairs at the ceremony and reception. I also made matching signs that say ‘bride’ and ‘groom’. I think they are pretty darn cute. :)

I used some extra pieces leftover from my wedding invitation creation as backers for the reserved signs. I printed out my design on my printer and then trimmed the printed piece with my paper trimmer.

That left me with the layers that I assembled.

Voila! What do you think?IMG_0212

In other news I’ve got alot I need to update on and that will come over the next few days because I’m off today and actually have time to blog. :) hope you’ve had a great week so far!

Super cute! Wow, the date is sneaking up on you really quickly. Congrats!!!
Would you mind sharing with us where you got your flourishes or swirls? I know you used a stamp on one, but if you know a good place where we could find some that would be a GREAT help!
