helping brides create beautiful weddings without breaking the bank

My life is moving so fast these days! The holidays really flew by and I can’t believe it’s 2009! Happy New Year! I know that 2009 is going to be a great year for me. This is the year I will become a Mrs! I can’t believe it.

I’ve got GREAT news- I’m starting a new contract job tomorrow! :) I’m going to be working for Evin Photography doing some freelance work. Evin is such a great person to be around- positive and upbeat, full of ideas- I think we’re going to make a great team and do great things together! I’m going to be editing photos, designing promotional materials, wedding albums, save-the-dates, cards, etc, updating her blog and alot of other miscellaneous work as it comes up. It’s only part time, so I’m open to accept other freelance jobs, which is great. If anyone out there needs anything designed, I’m your girl! :) I’m so glad I’m still going to be working in the ‘wedding industry’- it’s just a fun crowd of people to be around. I attended Weddings-The Bridal Show on Saturday in Nashville and had a great time hanging with Evin and meeting other brides. I’m so excited to see what else 2009 has in store for me! :) Hope you all had a safe, happy and blessed New Year!

I am so glad that you found a job. Not only did you find a job, you found something that seems like you are going to love. What a great balance and opportunity to expand more into the wedding services area. Told you that 2009 would be fine.

on a totally unrelated note, i know you’ve posted several things by photographer josh mccullock. he’s actually one of my fiance’s good friends! how we know him is a long story, but… josh’s bff and partner in crime is also a great wedding photographer Carl Zoch. they have similar, really neat styles, and i imagine if you’re a fan of josh, you’d also love carl.

just thought i’d spread some OKC photo gospel. : )
