Catering is a huge part of any wedding, but when mixing two cultures together, food is an even bigger factor. We want all of your guests to be happy and enjoy their meal, so we will be serving Canadian food as well as Indian.
There are so many options when it comes to hors d’oeuvres so we chose a range from seafood to somosa’s to appeal to each of our guests and allow for some different flavors than what we’re having during the reception. We’re going to have a mixed variety of appetizers during cocktail hour with spiked punch to drink.
Dinner will be a 3 course meal, including soup, local seasonal vegetables with roasted potatoes and chicken, and dessert. We will also be serving small portions of Indian food to each table which guests can help themselves to if they wish.
We are finishing the night off with a dessert bar which will include cupcakes and a small cake just for the bride and groom. We are also going to have a candy station which guests can put in their own thank you bag with a tag that describes our donation made on their behalf.
