Hello all my dear blog-friends… I’m sorry if it seems that I have disappeared on you. I have had a very busy (and very exciting!) week or two and I have alot to share with you. I’ll start off with my finished Save-the-Dates!
I ordered these through Overnight Prints. They have a pretty good turn-around time and I am really pleased with the quality of the cards! I decided to go folded card instead of postcard since it seemed that the consensus was split between two options- so I just used them both! Hope you like them!

I used my HP C6380 Wireless Printer (Thanks Martha!) to print our monogram with address on the back of the envelopes, as well as to address the front of the envelopes. I think they turned out great- and it was a great alternative to handwritten calligraphy which is beautiful but expensive. I am so pleased with how they turned out and have been so happy to hear positive feedback from our guests as they receive them!

Perfect combo! So smart to use the AWESOME shoe shot and then the full photo as well.
I’m so impressed that you did these yourself… they look fantastic!
How gorgeous! I was about to be very impressed with your calligraphy skills, then read you printed them– do you mind sharing what font you use and where you found it? I’ve been toying with the idea of printing the addresses on our wedding invites but wasn’t sure how the font would turn out. This calligraphy font looks awesome!
I LOVE them!! They are so chic!!
Thanks ladies!
@Autumn- I used a font called BlackJack- it’s a fun, scripty font- and you can find it at dafont.com for free!
They turned out great! I am too scared to put envelopes through my printer… maybe I should get over it though cause those turned out beautiful!
they are ADORABLE!!!!
I love these. The came out sooo great!

They look awesome!! Sooooo pretty! I’ve used Overnight Prints before too…they have great prices and quality.
I LOVE THESE! I’m a graphic artist too and am going to create our save the dates. We just took our e-pics this weekend… so fun!
great choice!
These are SENSATIONAL! I think they turned out absolutely perfect and I love that you decided to use the best of both worlds. You don’t see very many greeting card-style STDs out there, but it really works so well! Love love love!
oh.my.god. I love every single thing. I love the white border on the cover, I love the back. You did an amazing job!

Hi Jessica. I was very impressed with your Save the Date card design. This is my first visit to your blog and after reading about how you are lacking in style I was shocked by your creativity and great taste! I just wanted to send you a note and also to say I, too, am a Knoxville bride…we’re getting married in Asheville, NC in August.
Love the Save the Dates! What do you think of VistaPrint? Do you like overnight prints better?
