helping brides create beautiful weddings without breaking the bank

Martha Stewart Weddings - Fall 2013

I can’t help but fall in love with every issue of Martha Stewart Weddings, but their special issues are a particular favorite of mine! We all know that Martha knows how to bring the inspiration in a big way. I love that while the magazine features high-end weddings, there is still a very DIY crafty side to their features to make all the pretty accessible to a lower budget bride as well. The Fall 2013 Real Weddings Special Issue of Martha Stewart Weddings is now available on newsstands (and on iPad) – and I’ve got an exclusive sneak peek at some of the contents straight from the MSW team!

I always love their Good Things feature in the magazine where they highlight some of the loveliest details to make your wedding day extra special and personal. I especially love these to-go cake boxes to conveniently send your guests home with a slice! These can be decorated in a variety of ways, or you could make them look like an actual cake like the MSW team did in this photo:

This issue also has a highlight on details with fringe– with some lovely options that are easy to DIY
