I think we’re going to use 1/2 gallon bottles to reduce the possibility of spills.

In regards to keeping the station clean; our wedding is fairly small (~70 guests, maybe even less), and we’ve hired a college student to clean up and do some other light tasks. He’s going to make sure the milk bar doesn’t get gross.

And will you have a server or someone watching the table? (I’ve seen adults do some pretty nasty things at self-serve stations, and some pretty big spills.) This sounds like fun!
