To redeem: If you go to picurio.com and click the “get a room” button, you should see a box for a promotional code on the bottom of the next page. Type in “budgetsavvybride”, click enter, fill out the 3 fields, and you’re all set. You should see on the top right corner of your room that instead of the usual two weeks free, you have two full months free. This can be extended by inviting friends or paying (see the descriptions on their site), but Picurio has found that two months is plenty of time to collect photos from all of your guests after the wedding. Just make sure to hand out information about where to upload the images. You could make mini Moo cards with your Picurio site or something. Cute right? And then you can gather all of the images that people shot on their personal cameras. Or you can just email out your URL to get people sharing after the wedding.
Some of the cool features that Picurio has that you might not have seen elsewhere- it has a button to download ALL images in a given room, instead of trying to save them one by one. What a breeze! You can also sync your photos directly with Facebook for easy sharing with all your friends. I love finding new and innovative ways to connect with friends and this is just great! I hope you will take advantage of this service… I know I’m going to ! Even though my wedding was almost 3 months ago I never collected all the photos that friends took. Now I can! Go try out Picurio free for 2 months!
