We wanted to get him a gift but didn’t know what to do. We thought about a handkerchief, but per my fiance, he wouldn’t really use it … so, we kept it simple and are giving him a vintage cup that we found from Ireland that matches one for my father and the groomsmen as well as a set for my fiance and I and also matches the goblets for my bridesmaids … we took our rustic chic wedding and gave our reception a bit of a “viking” edge, as my fiance calls it! We are all drinking out of these cups he found overseas … and they’re awesome! And I let my fiance decide what we would gift his father, since he would know best what his dad would appreciate – and he solidly confirmed that the cup would be a great gift his dad would appreciate as a momento from our wedding.

Then, rehearsal dinner invites I used the coupon that I got in the mail WITH the invitations which was an even better deal!

Can you tell me more about how you got coupons for the invitations. I checked out wedding paper divas and I love their invites. Thanks =)

My father is a minister and performing our ceremony. I don’t want to “pay” him and I’m not sure how to gift him. Honestly, he could use the cash. I’d love to hear if you do something for your future father in law!
