If you're planning a DIY wedding on a budget, you're likely doing quite a bit yourself, including purchasing all the wedding supplies. Have you ever sat down and made a list of ALL the things you need to buy for your big day? I'm talking about everything from your wedding dress to the cocktail napkins — that list of supplies is EPICLY long. And it can be somewhat of a tall order to find sources for everything you need that are affordable and accessible… which is one of the reasons I love sharing my favorite resources and retailers in order to take the guesswork out of it for all the couples out there. Of course, I want to help you all save money but I also want to save you time!! And what better way to save time than to find a resource that has it all (or close to it anyway!) One of my favorite (and surprising!) sources for wedding supplies is none other than your neighborhood warehouse membership store: Sam's Club!! Sam's sells everything from fresh flowers, engagement rings and wedding bands, catering and buffet items, of course food and candy, decorative items, great gifts for your wedding party, and so much more.

Sam's Club has all the Wedding Supplies you'll need for your DIY wedding!

I got a TON of stuff for my own wedding at Sam's Club, including napkins and other disposable tablewear, decorative accents and more. Shopping at Sam's means you're often buying in bulk, so you'll be able to get the quantities you need to serve your entire guest list and at an excellent price. But Sam's actually carries more wedding-related supplies than you might think! As I've already shared here on BSB, Sam's Club is an excellent source for bulk flowers for your wedding! You can order fresh flowers in bulk right on their website for a super budget savvy price if you're up for the challenge of arranging your flowers yourself. It's actually pretty cool because they have different floral wedding collections you can shop to coordinate with your wedding theme where they give you everything you need to put together your bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and more.

When it comes to your wedding cake, Sam's Club is an amazing option! They have a full service bakery to serve all your wedding needs. Sam's Club cakes are affordable and delicious — with their tiered cakes starting at under $35!!! Just visit the bakery section to place your special order for your wedding cake or even groom's cake!

Of course they've also got tons of food items for you to serve up to your guests, including hot and cold appetizers, fresh and frozen foods, and of course all the condiments you'll need. They've also got all the serving supplies you'll need to get setup and looking good for your guests. If you want to do any DIY catering, they've got all your needs covered… they even sell Chocolate Fountains if you're into that sort of thing 😉

Need some wedding decor? Sam's Club actually has some pretty on-point and affordable options for centerpieces and other decorative accents. Some favorites of mine include these glass bottle collections that come in a rainbow of colors:

Just pop in some buds and they make a super simple and lovely centerpiece:

I also love these shallow shimmery gold vases for small floral arrangements or for floating candles:

Sam's even stocks an impressive selection of jewelry, so you can buy engagement rings, wedding bands, your bridal jewelry or gifts for your bridesmaids all from Sam's Club!

So basically what I'm saying is this: if there's something you need for your wedding day, Sam's Club totally has it. So if you need an efficient place to shop for wedding supplies, Sam's Club is the place to be!

Have you bought any of your wedding supplies at Sam's Club?
