I LOVE this ring shot. E & I met with Michael Howard a few weeks ago- he is a phenomenal photographer. I would love it if we could afford to have him shoot our wedding. We”re still trying to figure out exactly how much we”ll have to work with- but he”s definitely a top pick! This shot made me think of me and E. Last summer, we took our first solo vacation together. We stayed in my grandparents” house outside of Miami, FL for an entire week to celebrate my college graduation. It was an important trip for us, because it was the first time we”d spent an extended amount of time together alone- and traveling is stressful. We had the BEST time. No fighting, no worries- just sand, sun, and summer love. :) Instead of going out every night to eat, we spent a few nights in- E cooked us a wonderful dinner and then we busted out my grandparents” game of Scrabble. I came up with a twist to the classic game… we played “dirty word scrabble.” It was hilarious. It”s hard enough to make good words when you”re playing scrabble, but to have to fit them into a category was even more of a challenge. It was so much fun and we just got to enjoy spending time together doing something so many would consider lame. But to me, it couldn”t have been more perfect. :)

That is adorable. I love the colors and the geometric shapes of it!
