So as I've talked about before I'm in desperate need of a change in my mind, health, and body! Which is why I am SO excited that I'm starting Operation Bootcamp on Monday!! I'm hoping to lose 20ish lbs in 3 months and I think this is JUST what I need to get me kick-started on my path to ultimate bridal hotness (and healthiness). 🙂
Operation Bootcamp isn't just a workout routine- it's a program to challenge every person involved on a daily basis. They even analyze your eating habits (which you are required to record in a diary) to tell you what you can do better. I'm really excited to start the program and am hoping to see some REAL results!
Have any of you joined a gym, gotten a trainer, seen a nutritionist or started another type of program to get you in shape for your big day?
