Digital/Printed files I edit for you- Current turnaround time to receive your first design proof is 1-2 business days. Turnaround time also depends on your response time via Etsy message. Please check your Etsy messages frequently during design process to assure quick turnaround.

Any orders placed on Fridays after 7 pm EST will be processed and started the next business day (Monday unless it is a national holiday) and will be subject to current turnaround times as if order was placed that business day.

Orders in process but do not have final approval to print by Friday at 7pm EST will be completed the following business day.

Minor customizations to a design, including minor wording or font color changes (when available), are FREE. Major customizations, such as large wording changes, adding or changing design elements, or ones that will change a major part of the design, will incur additional fees based on our accord. If you have major customization requests, please message me prior to purchase to assure I can complete your request.

International shipping is available. International orders will be charged actual shipping costs and will be billed and will need to be paid before order is shipped.

Due to high order volume, we are very selective what completely custom designs we accept. Please message us via Etsy message with your request to see if we can complete it and the price.

While there is the option of printing at home, please be aware that most home and work printers will not print up to professional standards, including color shown on your screen and printing with intricate precision and detail. Please be aware that with printing at home, you may run the risk of not printing exactly what you see on your screen and that your home/work printer may not be able to print the design properly. I always suggest to have my designs printed professionally through Print of Love, FedEx, Staples, or any other local print shop to receive the printed design how it was intended to look.

Edit and Print Items: Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Templates/Digital Files: Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.
