Store in a cool, dry place until ready to eat. Do not refrigerate your cookies! The cold and moisture (and condensation when you remove the cookies) will damage them.

Not at this time. Due to the amount of time needed to create the perfect cookie, they're only available by the dozen.

No, my royal icing contains egg whites.

The earlier you order, the better! Available dates are first come, first served, and early ordering gives a much better chance that I can take your order.

For large orders (3 doz or more), I need at least 2 weeks for your order.

My cookies are made and decorated in a space that may contain peanuts and other tree nuts, dairy, eggs, shellfish, soy, and gluten.

All cookies contain eggs and dairy, as well as sugar. I am unable to make sugar free cookies at this time.

I am not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier's handling of the package. Each package includes several layers of bubble wrap, each cookie is individually bubble wrapped, and packing peanuts are used where necessary. If your cookies arrived damaged, please contact me with photos of the damaged cookies and the condition of the box. Refunds will be on a case by case basis and a return of the cookies may be required.

At this time, I can only accept orders no larger than 4 dozen and only as availability allows. Please contact me to make sure the date you need is available!

I do! Price is increased by $0.50 per cookie. Please reach out when you place your order to let me know if you need gluten free cookies. Please note that the icing I make does have trace amounts of gluten and if necessary, I may not be able to accomodate a fully gluten free decorated cookie. If this is the case, pricing will be decreased to reflect this concern.

Please note that my current shipping time is 4 weeks (28 days). If an order is needed sooner, the customer will need to contact me with the new arrival date, otherwise cookies will ship by the set shipping period.

It is *highly* recommended that you contact me before placing an order with a custom date to ensure there is availability. All dates are first come, first served. Any cancellations made due to time frame where customer neglected to notify me of the necessary date will not be refunded and cookies will ship on its original date.
