We ship all orders from Olathe, KS. Each product listing lists that item's specific shipping timeframe. Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days after being placed.

All sales are final after 90 days.

You can message us before or immediately after placing the order to submit your personalization. It's your responsibility to provide your personalization. We will not be reaching out to ask for it. There will be no refunds or replacements issued if you forget to supply personalization. You will have to send the product back to us at your cost to have the personalization done.

We do ship internationally to Canada and Australia. Customers in these countries are responsible for paying all import tax and brokerage fees. These fees are an additional cost to the shipping price you'll pay for your order.

Please keep in mind that our international shipping prices are calculated automatically by Etsy based on the package size and destination. The item value is calculated based on the pre-sale price.
