I ship using USPS Priority, First Class, and Priority Express services. Shipping transit times are estimates and USPS is ultimately responsible for packages once they have shipped.

While it is very rare, if you feel your package is missing, I'll do what I can to help, however the best way to locate a package is by contacting USPS directly.

Often, I find that the quickest way to recover a missing package, is for the recipient to reach out to their local post office and/or mail person. You can also file a 'missing package' claim on the USPS website after 7 days from he original shipment date.
