What IS included:
- A removable decal in your choice of colour approx. 9" wide and 5" high depending on selected design.
- Application instructions and a small sample practice decal for you to test your skills.
(This is not a duplicate of your full vinyl order. If you think you may have trouble, you can order a second one just in case and the shipping charge will not increase).

If you select to include your date we will include the date in the format you provide (as you typed it) in our "Notes to Seller" section. Commas tend to be very small and can get lost so preference is for formats without periods and commas included.
CUSTOMIZING: Please ENSURE that if you order custom you include your information in the "Notes to Seller" section on the checkout page or in the "personalization details." Your sticker will be put on hold or you will be refunded if you have ordered inappropriately or left information out.
Please select the appropriately named and priced drop-down option. Custom stickers with information about your wedding are more labour-intensive and custom cut. Customized notes on the simple version of pre-made Cards A, B and C will not be taken into account as these are not priced for customization.

All sticker orders are cut the beginning of the week before our noon deadline on Tuesday (Toronto time) and kitted for shipment in our major batch of orders dropped Friday morning/Monday following. Please be aware of your event date, batch entry time and the shipping schedule below or your sticker may be cut the following week and be late for your wedding.

Be advised ahead of application that we DO NOT OFFER REMAKES as these are hand-weeded and laborious handmade custom stickers, we provide a practice decal, very thorough instructions so please apply slowly and with attention to the instructions. If you think you may have trouble, you can order a second one just in case and the shipping charge will not increase.

Items lost in the mail are the responsibility of the mail service. We use tracking on the majority of our items and use this system to ensure your item reaches you.
