What's the care instruction?
Machine wash cold with gentle cycle. Iron with low temperature.
What's your return policy?
* All sales are final. Except on some styles.
* Any item got returned without approval will be customer's loss, NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE.
* Please check your order once it is arrived, any issues please contact us within three days after the item arrived. Any issues after three days, we are sorry we are unable to take the case.
* For item that has been approved for return, customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and there will be a 35% restocking fee +$15 initial shipping fee that is non refundable.

*We usually try to send out your order in 3 days. But time may be varied by each product. Some production time is 2 weeks.

* If you receive a tracking number, it is because we bought the label. It is wedding season, we will coordinate everyone's order and ship them out ASAP.

For international shipping, please ensure you continually track your order to ensure you are available to receive or collect. International shipping time can take up to 16 days depends on the country's custom clearance time frame.
Any additional customs clearance and taxes are to be paid by the recipient, please check relevant rates and charges that may apply prior to purchasing.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package get retuned, customer will be responsible for a new re-shipping label cost at anytime.
Packages Lost/ Damaged/ Stolen/ Delayed
For any lost, damage, delayed or stolen mail, please contact USPS directly. We will not be responsible to refund customers or cancel the order due to the order has been taken time to make and shipped. When the unfortunate event happened sometimes, customers are responsible to file any claims with USPS. , and we are sorry that we have no control over USPS's delivery schedule. USPS is an outside of shipping service, once the package is dropped off , it is up to USPS to deliver the package on time as they promised. So for any issues, please contact your local post office immediately, and double check address for accuracy.
