We offer free priority or express shipping on all orders made within the US with a value greater than $700. The items are mailed with full insurance and tracking information. Adult signature is required upon delivery.

The following custom/special order items are not returnable or exchangeable: Lady ring size of less than 4 or larger than 8, engraved items, eternity style rings, all jewelry made with diamond larger than 0.20ct and gemstones, personalized jewelry, and other orders with any modifications/customizations. All sale items are final sale.

The item must be returned in its original package and condition, meaning there will be no damage or alteration done. The item must be shipped with tracking information. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can’t find your dream ring? If you send us a drawing of what you would like, we will create the ring with 3D CAD image, and custom make the ring with your approval. Our CAD designing service fee starts at$299, one free refinement is included in the price. Each subsequent refinement will be at a cost of $40. Upon your final approval, you will be expected to make the full payment. It will then take three to four weeks to produce the ring. At this point, you will not be able to cancel the order. The $299 CAD fee and customized rings are non returnable or refundable. Please note that we reserve the right to remake any custom items.

Avoid contact with oil, lotions, cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes or chemicals. Remove jewelry when doing household chores, showering, bathing, sleeping. To clean your jewelry, wipe it gently with a soft cloth. The regular use of chemical liquid jewelry cleaners is not recommended because they can result in discoloration of the metal. Store your jewelry in airtight plastic bags with anti-tarnish strips and each piece should be stored individually to prevent scratches.
