You may have noticed, I love trying new things. Especially things that are AWESOME that I get to share with all my readers ! Y’all might remember a recent post I wrote for Style Me Pretty, about the best ways to survive wedding season on a budget. I shared lots of great tips for scoring awesome deals on everything from fashion to travel.
Shortly after that post went live, I received an email from the folks at Le Tote. They were all like, “Hey Jess – we loved your post on SMP but we feel like you need to know about us, too!” I get emails like this all the time from PR folks and brands, but my curiosity was piqued . When I clicked over to their website, I discovered what is, quite possibly, my favorite subscription-based find EVER. And I’m obsessed with monthly subscription services, y’all.
In my Style Me Pretty post, I mentioned shopping your friends’ closets to save some dough on wedding attire. This exact concept is why Le Tote was founded! Le Tote allows you to borrow from an unlimited closet of clothing and accessories for only $59/month.
What do you get in your Le Tote?
Each shipment includes three pieces of clothing and two accessories, ranging from jewelry to scarves to handbags. You can choose to swap items ahead of each delivery, ensuring that you get exactly what you need for your upcoming events. You can keep each tote for as long as you like — wear everything right away and then send it back in the mail for another tote. Or keep it for a few weeks and wear your items repeatedly. It’s super fun, super flexible, and super fabulous!
Once you’re done enjoying your tote, you simply return it to receive another. The folks at Le Tote will fill up your next shipment with items from your wish list. To return your items, you just place them all in the pre-paid shipping envelope and pop it in the post. Easy peasy!
What kind of styles can you wear with Le Tote?
Here’s a sampling of a few of the items I’ve tried out over the last few months:
Loved this fab leopard print scarf! I have enjoyed all the accessories but I’d totally pay more per month for additional clothing items instead of the accessories.
This Vince Camuto dress fit like a glove and would be perfect for a wedding or date night!
This AU AMANDA UPRICHARD tab sleeve dress is one of my favorites of all the totes! May have to buy this one and keep it! I’d never even heard of this brand before Le Tote but two of my favorite items were AU.
Is Le Tote expensive?
In my opinion, not at all! I thought about it like this: I was spending well more than $59 per month on fast-fashion
garbage that only lasted a few wears. *cough, cough* You know the ones I’m talking about! *cough* Now, I spend $59 per month to wear *designer* pieces that I wouldn’t regularly splurge on like French Connection, Vince Camuto, Free People, Splendid and more. Not to mention, many of these fancy pieces require dry cleaning or special care when laundering. Ain’t nobody got time (or money) for that! Le Tote takes care of cleaning all the items so you just get to wear, return and repeat for a flat monthly fee.
And they’ve got so many splurge-worthy styles to choose from, with new items getting added to their closet all the time. Just check out some of these fab wedding appropriate dresses:
It’s like a bottomless wedding wardrobe that won’t break the bank.
You can easily use Le Tote in a strategic way so you’re never left without something to wear to a bridal shower, bachelorette party, post-wedding brunch or heck, even your honeymoon! Now that’s fabulous! From sundresses to statement jewelry and everything in between, Le Tote is your one stop solution. And a true godsend for brides, bridesmaids and wedding guests alike. I hope y’all will love it as much as I have!
