Hi Budget Savvy Readers! I am back today to talk about my Nautical Bridal Shower. My MOH, Bridesmaids, Friends and Family did such a wonderful job planning my shower, I can't even put into words how much I loved it. My shower was held at a waterfront restaurant near our house, and it was the perfect atmosphere. Since we invited over 200 people to our wedding, the guest list for the shower itself was around 100 people. That being said, we needed a venue outside of any of our homes.
My mom and sister (the MOH) went to several different restaurants around the area, and knew that Sunset Cove would be the perfect location. The weather was perfect, the drinks were flowing and the water was glistening.
The night before a few of my BMs met my mom and sister to do some decorating, and set up most of the decor. I found out they were there until after midnight getting everything ready- how am I so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life?
I couldn't wait to get there, and I wanted to see everything before all of the guests arrived, so they let me get there a half hour early. I was blown away from the thoughtful details behind each and every part of the day. There was a mimosa bar with recipes named after different aspects of our lives (including our kitten- SharkBait), each person left us advice, and thankfully every thank you card had an envelope pre-addressed.
Each table had nautical decor and bottles with sand and a photo of the two of us. It was really nice to look at each of the bottles and go through all of the memories we have together. I can't wait to call this guy my husband!

The dessert table was perfect. I loved the decor and the options for a sweet treat. The salted caramel macrons were my favorite!
I can't thank all of the guests enough for sharing in this special time! 5 of my 6 Bridesmaids were able to attend and it was really nice being able to see everyone together again! We won't be able to do this again until the wedding weekend!
It was the perfect day to celebrate with all of our friends and family, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.
