Y’all already know Download & Print from their amazing + fabulous printable tutorials they’ve shared on BSB! We absolutely love how Anna has built a platform to offer gorgeously designed, custom-looking paper goods to brides all over the world — no matter their budget!
Last month we launched our partnership with D&P to bring out a collection of chic, beautiful, designer-quality wedding invitation designs that are perfect for savvy brides looking to save money on their big day! We all know that DIY can be a great way to save money, and this collection of printable wedding invitations give you the power to do just that, and in a way your guests will never notice!
This month we’re super excited to introduce the 2nd design in The Budget Savvy Bride Collection for Download & Print — without further ado… say hello to:
Confetti Wedding Invitation Kit
The Olivia Confetti Wedding Invitation Kit is a perfectly coordinated confetti wedding invitation design that is carried through ALL the pieces for your big day. From the save the date through to the guestbook sign, program fan and table numbers. This collection will allow you to create a perfectly cohesive wedding day theme via paper goods, and on the cheap, too! This lovely design comes in 7 color ways and you get ALL SEVEN colors when you purchase this kit! So you could easily use other colors for an event or party down the line — so fab, right??
When you DIY your own wedding invitations, you can save quite a bit of money, and these templates couldn’t make it easier. You don’t have to be a graphic designer to use these templates — they are already laid out in Microsoft Word — a program that pretty much everyone has on their computer already. The process for creating these designer quality invites yourself couldn’t be simpler:
1. Purchase & download your templates
2. Open in Microsoft Word
3. Enter in your wedding information
4. Print as many copies as you need (get the exact number you need without having to pay to make extras if you need them!)
5. Cut them out along the handy guidelines with a paper trimmer or cutting tool of your choice
6. Assemble and send!
Best of all, when you choose to work with these templates, the costs involved are low. Buy a ream (or possibly two if you’ve got a big guest list) of white cardstock (we love this 90 lb white from Amazon) and coordinating envelopes in A7 for the invite and 4Bar for the RSVP. (Or make your RSVP a postcard and skip the 2nd envelopes for even more savings!) You’ll need a color printer and plenty of ink, which can easily be purchased on the cheap. With these templates, you could easily get this glamorous look of an impeccably cohesive theme and make your wedding invitations (and plenty of other coordinating pieces) for less than $100 TOTAL. I’d say that’s budget savvy AMAZINGness.
Remember, each template kit comes with files for the following wedding paper items:
- save the date
- wedding invitation
- wedding rsvp card
- directions / info card
- wedding place cards
- wedding menus
- thank you notes
- address labels
- wedding programs
- wedding signage
- envelope liners
- table numbers
- seating chart
- and more!
Another thing that I absolutely LOVE about this design is that you can easily create some adorable confetti to go perfectly with the paper goods — and this confetti can be used in a number of ways for your big day.
Check out this tutorial from Download & Print to learn how to make this confetti for yourself! They’re even offering up a free wrap around label to use with a glassine bag to pass out the confetti to your guests!
