Romantic Wedding Inspiration for Budget Savvy Brides
I couldn’t be more thrilled today to share some gorgeous wedding inspiration that was created by some of my talented Aisle Society friends! This stunning inspiration shoot showcases pastel and pretty inspiration featuring David’s Bridal dresses on both the bride and bridesmaids. We love that the creative team chose a group of friends to model in this shoot, and it’s so awesome to see real people with real bodies (even a baby bump!) included in an inspiration shoot. I think it really helps to show off how flattering the dresses are on different body types! I just know you’ll swoon over this gorgeous inspiration, so without further ado… feast your eyes on the pretty!
The stationery pieces created by Sue Corral Ink helped to set the tone for the shoot. I love how the simple design is completely elevated by the use of the copper foiling. It definitely adds a luxe feel to the paper goods. On a budget and can’t afford foil-pressed invites? Consider picking up some liquid gold leaf and taking a paint brush on your own wedding invites!
The Bridal Party Florals
The florals and styling for the shoot was done by Isha Foss Events, and I absolutely adore the variety of blooms in the bridal party bouquets. They are romantic with a touch of whimsy!
I absolutely love the romantic style they went with for this shoot. The pastel color palette brings a chic and luxurious vibe to the event, and the mix of different metallics also helps to elevate the look. You might think the tablescapes for the shoot are extra lush, but if you’re having a very intimate wedding you may feel the freedom to splurge on gorgeous floral arrangements. Do what’s most important to YOU!
The team used some sequined linens for bar tables around the event space and although that might seem a little spendy, they really transform the space. You can use a luxury linen like the sequins in key points of interest around your event such as your cake table or sweetheart table to jazz things up!
The focal point of the shoot, of course, is the fashion! The chiffon bridesmaids dresses worn by the models in a dusty blue hue are the perfect complement to the florals. The bride wore dress Style No. SWG681 — SO gorgeous, amiright? Look at the back — *swoon*! The bridesmaids dresses were Style No. F15782, in color name Mystic. I love how figure flattering they are, even on a pregnant bridesmaid!
If you’re looking for quality dresses for your wedding at an affordable price, we love the selection at David’s Bridal. Between their designer collaborations over recent years and their own in-house design team’s efforts, David’s Bridal has really stepped up their game in the style department.
