Additional New Buyer Promotion Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for the New Buyer promotion and receive the first Etsy Credit, you must be a first-time US buyer, you must make a purchase through a registered Etsy account (i.e., not by checking out as a guest buyer), and you must spend a minimum of $USD30, in a single transaction. A first-time buyer is a person who has not made a previous purchase on Etsy.com or EtsyStudio.com using any account or by checking out as a guest buyer.
Once redeemed, Etsy Credits may be used at any time.
Additional Existing Buyer Promotion Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for the Existing Buyer promotion and receive the first Etsy Credit, you must be an existing US buyer, you must make a purchase through a registered Etsy account (i.e., not by checking out as a guest buyer), and you must spend a minimum of $USD25, in a single transaction. An existing buyer is a person who has made a previous purchase on Etsy.com or EtsyStudio.com using the same registered account that is used for the qualifying purchase.
Once redeemed, Etsy Credits must be used by 12/31/17.
If you participate in the New Buyer Offer, you are not eligible for the Existing Buyer Offer.
General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Both Promotions
Applicable taxes, shipping or any other costs charged by the seller in connection with the transaction will not apply towards the minimum spending requirement. The purchase amount will be calculated after applying any coupons or discounts. Purchases made with in-person payments, checks, money orders, other, made on Pattern sites, or in currencies other than $USD are not eligible for this promotion. A US buyer is a person who has their region set to United States in their account settings.
To receive each of the second and third Etsy Credits, you must make an additional purchase within 90 days of your first purchase. There is no minimum purchase requirement for the second and third purchases.
Your Etsy Credits will be issued via e-mail two to four days after payment for each qualifying purchase is completed, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Redeem your Etsy Credits within 30 days of receipt of the e-mail containing each Etsy Credit. Etsy Credits expire if not redeemed within this time frame. All Etsy Credits are subject to the Etsy Gift Cards & Etsy Credits Policy here
There is a limit of three Etsy Credits of $5 each (or a total of $15 in Etsy Credits, or the equivalent amount in your applicable currency) per person during the promotion period. Void where prohibited by law or on items ineligible for this promotion (such as purchase of additional gift cards). Etsy Credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If you violate these or other Etsy terms and conditions, then, at Etsy’s sole discretion, your Etsy Credits may be deemed invalid and may be rescinded. If you return, or seek a refund on, a transaction that resulted in Etsy Credits as part of this promotion, then, at Etsy’s sole discretion, your Etsy Credits may be invalidated or may be deducted from any refund consistent with the seller’s policies and Etsy policies.
Etsy has the right to end or modify the terms of this promotion at any time.
