Dried flowers are delicate by nature. When your parcel arrives we expect that the package will contain a few dropped flowers. Remember, in many cases your parcel has travelled a long distance and changed hands many times, not all hands will be as gentle and caring as ours!
To counteract any dropping, we build up our pieces to avoid bare-ness. Even if dropping occurs, your pieces should still be wearable.
If the drop is excessive, contact us. If your pieces aren’t usable we can endeavour to resolve the issue.
