Back in January, I was thrilled to jet off to the Bahamas for the first ever Aisle Society Corporate Retreat — I absolutely loved spending time with my fellow Aisle Society ladies in paradise! We spent three magical days at Sandals Royal Bahamian resort, and it was a trip I’ll never forget.

During our three days at the Royal Bahamian, we were given the Royal Treatment… and by that I mean the typical Sandals treatment! Sandals is known for its superior staff and customer service, and they didn’t miss a single detail. We ate and drank like queens during our stay — tasting some of the finest foods the Caribbean has to offer.

These aren’t your typical buffet meals, either. Sandals has a series of fine dining restaurants on site at each resort that you can visit and enjoy true dinner dates with your new spouse. And remember, it’s all-inclusive! So you can enjoy your fill of food and beverages without having to give a second thought to budgeting out your honeymoon funds. That includes room service for late night munchies, enjoying your in-room bar, as well as cocktails by the pool. You’ll feel totally spoiled!

Red Lane Spa

Want to get a little pampering and “treat yo self?” Be sure to visit the Red Lane Spa. I experienced a life-changing massage there and I may have to travel all the way back to the Bahamas to see the same masseuse because she was SO terrific.

Activities + Events

There’s also activities that are included in your stay, such as scuba diving, wind surfing, snorkeling, and kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. So if you’re feeling adventurous, you can surely find something to occupy your time! One evening we took a boat over to Sandals’ private island for a dinner and dance party on the beach! It was TOO fab! Sandals has shows and entertainment many evenings, and the daily events are included in a handy little newspaper you receive in your room so you can plan out your (relaxing) days.

Adults Only

All Sandals resorts are adults-only properties, so you’ll get to experience peace and quiet in a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The child-free environment also makes lots of room for romance, so you can leave the kiddos at home and enjoy some well-earned alone time. Feel free to cozy up together in a hammock or canoodle near a firepit at night without little ones bothering you!

Sandals encourages their guests to share their “No Worry Moments” because the staff seriously takes care of everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. In fact, reliving this amazing trip has made me want to go research a return visit with my hubby! Our 8 year anniversary is only 10 months away now… 😉
