Welcome to The Budget Savvy Bride® (herein referred to as “The Budget Savvy Bride®”, “the site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Budget Savvy Bride® is a website providing wedding-related information and showcasing wedding imagery. All services provided by the site are herein referred to as the “Service(s)”. Please read these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, carefully before using or submitting content to the site.

By accessing or using the site and its services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user (“User(s)”) of the services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use the site or its services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notification. Your continued use of the site represents your agreement to be bound by any such changes, which are effective when posted to the site. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all services provided by the site are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

I. Eligibility, Rules of Conduct

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. Any use of the site or access to the services by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms and Conditions are in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you. The right to access the site and its services is revoked where these Terms of Use conflict with any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

The Budget Savvy Bride® has no liability for your interactions with other visitors or users of the site. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other visitors or users. We may terminate your use of the site and its services at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion and without notice.

You agree that you will not submit content or post comments that are unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, racially, ethnically, or socially offensive, or are otherwise inappropriate. In addition to removing inappropriate content and comments, The Budget Savvy Bride® reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including, but not limited to, reporting you to law enforcement agencies.

All comments are subject to our approval and we reserve the right (but do not have the obligation) to delete any inappropriate, offensive, or spam comments, as well as comments with invalid or improper e-mail addresses and/or URLs. Comments are the property of their authors and are not necessarily representative of the views of The Budget Savvy Bride®, its sponsors, or its editors. When you post comments, you are granting The Budget Savvy Bride® and its affiliates a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, adapt, display, modify, publicize, reproduce, reformat, prepare derivative works of, and distribute your comments for any and all purposes.

II. Accounts and Registration

Wedding professionals can create an account with The Budget Savvy Bride®, giving vendors access to submit content to the site to promote a wedding-related business. Submitted content is published at our sole discretion. If you open an account on behalf of a company or other entity then you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of such organization and have the ability to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for the security of your username and password and agree to notify us immediately if you believe the security of your account has been compromised.

You may close your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected].

III. Use of the Site

The site (including all text, images, graphics, video, audio, and other content contained on the site, collectively referred to as the “content”) is protected by copyright as a collective work or compilation under United States copyright law. Unless otherwise stated, the content is owned by The Budget Savvy Bride®, a division of Budget Savvy Inc.

As a visitor, The Budget Savvy Bride® grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable limited license to access the site, post comments, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information via our contact form, provided that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This license does not include the right to commercial use of the site or its contents. No portion of the site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without express written consent.

The content is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Such content is not intended to constitute professional advice. Despite our efforts to ensure that all content is materially correct and consistent with the spirit of our site’s mission, The Budget Savvy Bride® makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy and reliability of the content.

The Budget Savvy Bride® does not warrant or guarantee that the Site and/or Services will operate and/or be available at all times without disruption or interruption, or that it will be immune from unauthorized access or error-free. Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, there may be some limitations such as some pages may not be accessible, or the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found. In no event shall the website owner be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use or access to the website;
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities;
  • Special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any alleged non-compliance with any disability-related laws or regulations.

In no event will we be liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, arising from or related to any claims for website accessibility.

By accessing this website you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • Any alleged failure to comply any disability-related laws;
  • Any claims related to website accessibility;
  • Any other matter arising from or related to these Terms of Service.

IV. Submitting Content

By submitting content to The Budget Savvy Bride® (whether directly or through a submissions platform, such as Two Bright Lights) you hereby grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, adapt, display, publicize, reproduce, reformat, prepare derivative works of, distribute, and otherwise fully exploit your content in any media formats and through any media channels (the “license”). The license includes the right to incorporate the content in digital or print media for distribution, subscription, or otherwise, including one license for print. You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any royalties or payment for use of the content and that the license shall continue in perpetuity. 

Content used on the site and in any publication will include attribution to the copyright holder. You also grant each visitor or user of the site a non-exclusive license to use and display the content through the functionality of the site and under these Terms and Conditions. The license does not grant us the right to distribute your content outside of the terms contained herein. After submitting content to The Budget Savvy Bride®, you continue to retain the same rights to such content as you held before submitting the content to The Budget Savvy Bride®.

You are responsible for your own submission of content. In connection with such submissions, you affirm, represent, and warrant that you have the necessary rights, ownership, and permissions to submit such content. You agree that you will not submit content that is copyrighted unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from the owner to submit the material and grant us the rights contained herein.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, and modify content at any time and for any reason, without notice. We reserve the right to accept or reject all or part of a content submission.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), The Budget Savvy Bride® has designated an agent to receive notification of alleged copyright infringement. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, please report alleged infringements taking place on or via the site by notifying our designated agent via email: [email protected] with the subject re: COPYRIGHT Notice

The DMCA requires that all notices of alleged copyright infringement be in writing. When informing us of alleged copyright infringement, you should:

  • Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, please provide a representative list of such works.
  • Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; please provide sufficient information to permit us to locate that material.

The Budget Savvy Bride® may not be able to act on your complaint if you do not provide this information.

VI. Third-party Sites

The Budget Savvy Bride® contains links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not assume any responsibility for the content, information, products, or services contained on any third-party website. If you access a third-party website, you do so at your own risk and agree that The Budget Savvy Bride™ has no liability arising from your use or access to any third-party website. We do not endorse and cannot ensure satisfaction with products or services purchased from third-party websites linking to or linked from The Budget Savvy Bride™.

VII. Disclaimer

The site and its content is provided by Budget Savvy Inc on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to those of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to our site or any information or goods available or advertised through the site. Budget Savvy Inc and its affiliates, owners, employees, agents, partners, and content providers do not warrant that access to the site will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free nor that the site and its services are free of viruses or other harmful contents. Any use of the site and its services is strictly at your own risk. 

You acknowledge that The Budget Savvy Bride® has no control over, and no duty to monitor or take action on who is visiting the site and/or using the services. You release The Budget Savvy Bride® from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired content through the site and its services. The Budget Savvy Bride® makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy and reliability of the content.

The failure of The Budget Savvy Bride® to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of our rights to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms and Conditions will be fully enforceable and valid.

VIII. Indemnification, Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold The Budget Savvy Bride® and its affiliates, representatives and other authorized users, owners, employees, agents, and content providers harmless of and from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, and judgments arising out of the use or misuse of this site and/or reliance upon its contents. Budget Savvy Inc’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to The Budget Savvy Bride® for your use of the site and its contents during your term of use.

X. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and Federal courts of the United States located in the State of New York.

XI. We Are a Neutral Platform

Through our Site, we offer a directory for wedding resources and service providers. Our services on the Site are only available to business entities and individuals at least 18 years of age who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors. 

Users of our Site include individuals such as brides and grooms, newlyweds, their wedding guests, (collectively, “Visitors”), and companies and other third parties offering products and services related to weddings (collectively, “Vendors”) (all of the foregoing, including Visitors and Vendors, collectively, “Users”). 

As a User, you acknowledge that we are not a product or service provider, vendor or an agent representative for any Vendor. We and the Site function solely as a neutral platform and digital directory where Users may connect for a particular type of service or product. We are not involved in or a party to the actual transaction between Users. As a result, we have no control over the existence, quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of the transactions that take place as a result of communicating with Vendors on our Site or the accuracy of any Vendor listings. We have no control over the ability of Vendors to provide items or perform services or the ability of Members to pay for any goods and services. We make no representations or warranties and are not liable or responsible for the actions or inactions of our Users. 

Any and all communications, correspondence, verbal or written, or any warranties or representations, made with regard to products and services offered through the Site are not provided by us and are specifically and solely between the Users. We have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction. 

XII. Users of the Site

a. Visitors

As a visitor of this site, you acknowledge that while we do our best to vet and verify all the companies and vendors that we choose to work with, The Budget Savvy Bride® makes no endorsement or guarantee of any wedding Vendor or company listed on this site. You agree that you will use our Site as a starting point for identifying businesses that can provide you with the products and/or services you need. You agree to do your due diligence and conduct your own research to ensure the service providers you choose to do business with are appropriate for you. 

b. Vendors

By using this Site as a Vendor you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to this Agreement and, in such event, “you” and “your” refer to that company or other entity. 

As a Vendor, you acknowledge that we will not endorse you or your products or services. We are in no way responsible for assisting you in reaching an agreement with Visitors of the site. 

As a Vendor, you are required to only submit true and correct information about your business to be published on the Site. If there is any change to your business name or relevant details, Vendors must promptly update your listing on the Site to be as accurate as possible. Vendors who engage in the sale of goods and services must have a valid business operations license, as applicable. By joining our Site, you agree to (i) provide us with accurate, complete information about yourself and your business, (ii) to update this information as needed, (iii) safeguard your username and password, and (iv) be responsible for all activity of your account. 

We may offer different types of both free and paid subscriptions. For instance, we may offer “Free Trials,” or Basic unpaid vendor listings. These unpaid Vendor listings do not guarantee any advertising placement or other benefits. We reserve the right to modify the terms of or cancel any such unpaid vendor offerings. We also offer paid subscriptions for which a Vendor pays an annual fee. 

XIII. Fees & Payments

There are no minimum fees for Users to join our Site. Optional fee-based services are available but participation is not mandatory. 

Vendors: Vendors may opt-in to a Paid Subscription at their discretion. We may add new services for additional fees and charges, which would be communicated to all paying subscribers and any increase in price wouldn’t come into effect until the annual renewal date.

Paid Subscriptions If you opt-in to a Paid Subscription, you irrevocably and expressly authorize us to debit or credit, as applicable, any monies to the account that you have identified at the time of registration. Authorization to charge your chosen payment method account will remain in effect until you cancel or modify your preferences within the Site; provided, however, that such notice will not affect charges submitted before we could reasonably act. The Vendor shall be responsible for all fees associated with the processing of the payment method, including payment processing and associated bank fees. You agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid, non-expired credit card on file with us while engaging in Paid Subscriptions on our Site,  You agree that if you do not maintain a valid, non-expired card on file with us during any billing attempt, you may be subject to a penalty and we may suspend or terminate your access to your account services upon any payment default. 

Billing Policies Unless we state in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable and all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All payments must be made by the methods specified within the Site. If you want to use a different debit or credit card, or there is a change in debit or credit card validity or expiration date, or if you believe someone has accessed the Site using your user name and password without your authorization, you must contact [email protected].

Automatic Subscription Renewal (“Auto-Renew”). If you are a Vendor and you enter into a subscription agreement with us, you acknowledge that Vendor subscriptions will renew automatically on an annual basis unless otherwise specified. This means your selected payment method will be automatically charged a renewal fee at the start of each new membership term. To avoid having fees billed for the renewal term to your selected payment method, you must cancel your subscription before it renews as indicated in the applicable terms or agreement. You may cancel your membership by contacting us at [email protected]. Renewal pricing terms are subject to change, with notice, prior to the beginning of the next billing period.

IX. Paid Digital Products

This section governs your purchase and use of any digital products offered by The Budget Savvy Bride, including but not limited to the Savvy Weddings Budget Blueprint, downloadable templates, e-books, courses, virtual summit access passes, memberships, and any other paid digital materials (each, a “Digital Product”).

a. Purchase and Delivery

When you purchase a Digital Product, you will receive access via email or through your designated account, typically within minutes of purchase. Delivery is automatic and electronic. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring you can receive emails from us. If you do not receive your Digital Product within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

b. License Granted to You

Upon purchase and successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Product for your personal, non-commercial use, specifically in connection with planning a wedding (or the personal use case the product is designed for).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Digital Product itself, this license is granted to a single individual or single couple. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access to the Digital Product with anyone outside your immediate household or wedding-planning partner
  • Use the Digital Product for any commercial purpose, including providing wedding planning services to clients
  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Digital Product, except as necessary for your personal use of the product as intended
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings within the Digital Product
  • Upload, post, or otherwise make the Digital Product publicly available

If you are a wedding planner, content creator, or business and wish to use a Digital Product in connection with your work, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss a commercial license.

c. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products, including their content, design, formulas, structure, methodology, text, graphics, video, and underlying systems, are owned by The Budget Savvy Bride and Budget Savvy Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The license granted to you under Section IX(b) does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property.

d. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Because Digital Products are delivered electronically and instantly upon purchase, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the product description, preview materials, and any other information provided on the sales page
  • You understand what is included in the Digital Product
  • You are receiving immediate access to the product upon checkout
  • You are not entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit for the purchase
  • You waive any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase to the extent permitted by applicable law

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you have downloaded, opened, or used the Digital Product after purchase.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your Digital Product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, including providing replacement access or a redelivery if appropriate.

e. Lifetime Access and Updates

Where a Digital Product is described as offering “lifetime access” or “lifetime updates,” this means access for as long as the product remains available and supported by us, not your personal lifetime. We reserve the right to discontinue, sunset, or stop supporting any Digital Product with reasonable notice. In the event a Digital Product is discontinued, we will provide existing customers with reasonable notice and, where possible, the option to download a final version for personal use.

f. Pricing and Promotional Pricing

We reserve the right to change the price of any Digital Product at any time. Promotional pricing, launch pricing, or “locked in for life” pricing applies only to the original purchaser and only to the Digital Product purchased at that price. It does not extend to future Digital Products, upgrades requiring additional purchase, or new editions released as separate products.

g. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Digital Products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not, and do not constitute, professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or wedding planning advice. The Savvy Weddings Budget Blueprint and similar tools are designed to help you organize and think through your wedding planning, but the decisions you make based on the information you input and the results the products generate are your own responsibility. We make no guarantee that using a Digital Product will result in any specific financial outcome, savings, or wedding planning result. You should consult appropriate professional advisors regarding your specific circumstances.

h. Limitation of Liability for Digital Products

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a Digital Product, regardless of the form of action, is limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific Digital Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or wedding-related expenses incurred in reliance on the product.

X. Changes to Our Terms

The Budget Savvy Bride® reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
