If there’s one thing I love, it’s some gorgeous paper goods and I admit it, I’m kind of a paper snob.
Over the years, I’ve had tons of friends get engaged and married, and receiving a well designed save the date or wedding announcement always gave me a special thrill. I love to inspect the quality of the paper and printing, and swoon over the design and typography. And, of course, the prettiest ones I receive get a primo spot on our refrigerator… so you’ll know that I love something if I consider it ‘fridge worthy!’
Today I’m going to share with you a collection of save the dates from Shutterfly that is absolutely fridge worthy, if I do say so myself!
Shutterfly is one of my favorite sources for personalized paper goods, stationery and gift items. I love that they provide so many amazing products at super affordable prices — and they have the best sales, too!
But did you even know that Shutterfly also carries wedding stationery? They have a fab selection of personalized save the dates that will make the perfect first impression to your guests of what to expect on your big day!
And not only do they have a large collection of gorgeous designs to suit any theme, but they have options galore for customization! From flat to folded cards, different size options, postcards, special die cut shapes, double-sided designs, and their newly added foil-stamped designs — the possibilities are endless when it comes to finding the perfect save the date to impress that WOW factor on your guests!
The folks at Shutterfly kindly sent me some samples of a few of their designs to check out and share with you! I thought they were so lovely I decided we needed to do a mini photoshoot! These pieces were perfect models and totally gave me their best angles. 😉 Work it, paper! Check them out for yourself below:
First up, this lovely Save the Date Foil design with ticket trim! I love me some foil printing!
Next, is a vertical oriented Save the Date design featuring the ticket trim as well. I love the font pairings on this one!
I just adore this bracket die cut Save the Date – the shape adds such a fun detail!
This rounded edge Save the Date design just exudes glamour! Love the calligraphy style font.
This square Save the Date with scalloped edges is just too darling for words! I’m obsessed with the type treatment – especially the wedding date!
