When it comes to getting in shape for the big day, consistency is key! You have to find what works for you and your schedule so you stay motivated and don't give up too easily. Buff Bride Workout Moves: Transform Your Arms
Do 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps each
Holland recommends completing the above moves in 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions for a circuit-style workout. For maximum results, complete the workout three times each week on non-consecutive days. Be sure to use weights that are more challenging for the last few repetitions.
If you're planning on sweating for the wedding, make sure to consider proper nutrition and sleep as well as your exercise routine. Health is a 360 degree area, and you can't just focus on one area in order to get fit! Thanks to Tom Holland for sharing these workout moves with us!
Best of luck with your fitness journey!
