After almost 18 years together, anchor of ABC’s Good Morning America, Robin Roberts and massage therapist Amber Laign tied the knot at Farmington Gardens in Connecticut in early September. Back in 2005, the couple first met on a blind date and immediately hit it off!
The couple chose to say “I do” in a rustic barn because of its natural beauty and the chance to support a local business. Sustainability was the night’s theme, with greenery and organic materials to provide a natural look to the decorations. Candles were used to light up the property, and repurposed flower boxes were used as additional decorations.

Roberts and Laign wore custom gowns designed by Mark Badgley and James Mischka. Roberts opted for a crepe sleeveless gown, hugging the curves of her body beautifully. A rhinestone neckline was the cherry on top for her look! Laign went for a draping white satin gown with a tulle train behind her.
