That’s why I loved this 10-minute upper-body workout designed for the wannabe buff bride.

 

Whether you’re looking to drop some weight or just tone up, one of the best ways to do that is with strength training. But don’t let it intimidate you — all you’ll need is a set of dumbells for this workout.

Do 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps each

Holland recommends completing the above moves in 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions for a circuit-style workout. For maximum results, complete the workout three times each week on non-consecutive days. Be sure to use weights that are more challenging for the last few repetitions.
